These materials will aid students in a variety of settings. Students will receive adequate cardiovascular-intensive exercise by participating in cardio drumming using the tubs and drum sticks. Students will also have the opportunity to practice self control, stress management, and overall calming practice with the use of a comfortable yoga mat. By providing students with these pieces of equipment, it will help them to succeed in the classroom as well as at home. Students may have this equipment, or something similar at home, that they could translate this learning into another learning environment if they so need to learn at home.
