In order to reach all my students, I need the tools and resources that will help me communicate and adapt the curriculum to meet individual needs. I know the content, but in order to educate and challenge my students, all who have different educational needs and/or various language abilities, I need to learn how to effectively share content and communicate it in an effective manner. These tools will help me translate, adapt and share in a highly effective manner. This includes providing them with visual aids as well as being able to understand and answer any questions they have.
