My requested carpet is an item that will be used as part of our team every day! This will bring back a sense of classroom community. Gathering on a carpet is so important in Kindergarten! We have been missing out on this since the beginning of the pandemic. We will start our day doing songs, calendar and by introducing what the day will bring! Gathering will also give us a feeling of belonging. I will conduct Show and Tell which gives students a sense of pride and oral speaking skills also.
