Students with disabilities, many times demonstrate areas of need with organization and with planning head, sometimes negatively affect their work completion. Having access to an iPAD will allow the students to better organize themselves; each can create a file that is personal to each student, where they can easily access their google classroom or their personal planners or check-lists. In turn, this can help each inclusion teacher maximize their time with each student and therefore catering to each of their needs. With distance learning, many obstacles have risen and students are having a difficult time accessing many documents, apps, and websites at once. They are also having a hard time with math classes, as teachers struggle to model mathematical equations and processes in real time. Having access to an iPAD will also be useful for teachers to use, when modeling mathematical equations and processes for students. This is especially important for students with disabilities, re-teaching and small group teaching is so important and having an iPad can make modeling instruction easier for the students Lastly, technology is on the rise and students seem to enjoy completing work on devises such as IPads, as it shares similarities to devices they use and adore on the daily; their cell phones. This would serve as a good way to teach students to use technology in their own way and for the benefit in an academic setting. Students with disabilities must be taught life skills and having access to an iPad can help with this as well.
