Throughout our remote learning experience, students have been looking forward to their weekly music lessons, as I have been keeping it interactive and regularly accompany the students with my piano. Now that we will be learning in hybrid style, I will be teaching from other teacher's classrooms. This keyboard will allow all my students to continue to enjoy the interactive nature of our music lessons. The music room piano is too delicate to be moving from classroom to classroom each week, so a portable keyboard is needed to facilitate our learning. During each music lesson, students learn about a musician or musical style and create music by that musician or in that style. The portable keyboard will help students match pitch and perform in tempo with the music which are elements of the national arts standards that we are learning.
