As you we all know, when kids are in person at school, they learn better. In this virtual age, getting scholars to attend school and stay in school has become a lot harder. My attendance numbers have been dropping and it has been difficult to find a way to bring them back up. Through fun tools that the scholars can use at home this will help boost motivation. My scholars are struggling with staying focused especially since they are at home in their own space. In the classroom we provide motivation through accommodations of Dojo points, extra recess time, Fun Fridays, and prize boxes. With these fun learning tools hopefully this will serve as a virtual motivator to keep the scholars coming back and participating.
