In a now virtual class environment, high-functioning technology is crucial for optimal student engagement and maximized student growth. My students, despite all circumstances, are engaged, determined, and eager to learn. I want to offer them the best possible education but am limited in my abilities without a second screen and monitor. The monitor will allow me to engage my students directly while still having quick and easy access to other tabs. I can show multiple tabs at once and eliminate classroom dead time, maximizing student learning time. I currently work on a 14in laptop screen and often find myself lost in a slew of tabs, apps, programs, and documents when trying to provide study resources to the students. A monitor will offer me the opportunity to remain organized and efficient in a way that benefits the learning of my student population as a whole.
