My students require an engaging lesson in order to stay focused and on task. I teach in a co-taught inclusive classroom. Many of them have minor learning disabilities and with that, they quickly disengage and feel insufficient. They can be boosted and supported with thoughtful curriculum and motivational reinforcements, but they greatly benefit from an easy-going, multi-functional teacher. Having several screans allows me to be at my best, because I can create an actually teaching space they can feel apart of and motivated by. I can provide this experience much better when I do have the screens and I am not going back and forth between tabs and desktops screens on one computer screen.
