Students are coming back to school but I can't have them do any labs or run equipment that requires eye protection because we don't have enough safety glasses. We used to get by with a classroom set, but that won't work anymore with Covid - every student must have their own. We use safety glasses when doing all kinds of STEM activities, including physics labs & projects, when operating hand or power tools and when building sets for our theater program. A little bit money will go along way to making education more hands-on and engaging in the time of Covid.
