The following description is taken from the Breathe For Change website: Our 200-hour Wellness, SEL, and Yoga Teacher Training will empower and equip you to enhance well-being in your life, relationships, and community. Upon graduation, you will be certified to teach inclusive yoga classes to both adults and young people, and lead social-emotional learning and wellness experiences in your schools, districts, and organizations. My plan is to utilize the training in a morning yoga group. This would all be open to all students at the school. I would like to take a select group of students to the neighboring elementary school and have them teach a yoga class.
