I always use assignments that provide instant feedback for my students. It would be helpful to have a second monitor so that students & I could check their progress simultaneously as their projects get graded. I also use my computer as a virtual body. Students can zoom into the body to identify organs and tissue that would be hard to see otherwise. This would be much more useful if I had an extra monitor to put this virtual body on. Overall, having a second monitor would help with grading, creating lesson plans, and making more interactive material.
