Having a second monitor will allow me to assign Pear Deck as Individual paced or instructor paced and monitor students interactive responses in real time with the teacher dash board open, while projecting from class room desk top. I can then post the Pear Deck for student practice outside of school. Also when Edulastic tests are given, I can monitor student progress and scores on a second private screen for teacher eyes only. We are a Google school, so I always have many tabs open and and a second screen would allow me to utilize more screen space, especially when running a Google Meet for virtual class times. Having a second screen in my classroom would improve my class flow for students in the room with me and students at home attending class virtually. This is a new way of doing school and we are all learning new ways of doing our lessons and technology to do that differently. A second screen in the room would be incredibly valuable to facilitate the daily process.
