Certain materials are essential to the functioning and productivity of a successful classroom. Having a secure and specific place for the students' materials are not only helpful, but decrease transition times and increase instructional time. Seat sacks for our students will allow them to have a secure and personal space to keep their independent reading books. Instead of spending more time on transitioning, students will be able to keep their personal books at their seat to access more readily and frequently. Currently, our students are using bins in the back of the classroom. This is causing chaos and a decrease in instructional time as they frequently get up to retrieve their book baggies.
