A laptop will allow me to offer distance learning and reach students who are learning at home. Books can really come alive with the lessons I will use from Teachers Pay Teachers. Students will be able to choose topics that hold their interest and motivate them to read. I have already seen what a difference it makes in student learning when they are able to choose the topic of a lesson. Students who have a say in choosing what they read have improved their comprehension at astonishing rates. For some students, reading used to be a chore, with lessons from Teachers Pay Teachers I am hoping to provide my students with a library of choices and will encourage them to free read.

About my class
