My small group Algebra I class is made up of students who really struggle with math concepts. Math is not a subject they enjoy because it is difficult. I need activities that are engaging for students in the classroom and for those who are working virtually. I am spending my own money write now to purchase activities to keep the students having fun while learning. My students enjoy activities they can do in breakout rooms. They enjoy drag and drop activities, mazes, and escape rooms. I will use these resources to keep them learning math in an exciting and engaging way. They don't do well with just plain worksheets.
