This dual monitor setup will allow for an easier transition between my instruction Google Meet and my presentation screen during this time of virtual instruction due to Covid-19. The HDMI splinter will allow me to still use my digital drawing tablet so that I can highlight and draw on the screen actively during class, and bring attention to key concepts. Students are more engaged when there is more interaction, and when I can have the Google Meet chat open on one screen to see my students' faces, and my presentations or materials on another screen, it makes me more organized and calm, which feeds into my students (even through the internet).
