If this project is funded, students will be working to improve their craft as a musician. The triangle pinch clips will help the students perform music (MU:Pr6.1.EII). The tuners, tuner clips, and trumpet mouthpieces will help our students and trumpets players identify if their intonation and tone is correct (MU:Pr5.1.EII) These skills are massively important as a musician and it is something I focus on in my classroom. The Standards are imperative to master in order to be successful in future music ensembles. By receiving these funds, students will have a better chance at mastering these standards.
