This project is to remake the campus library into a literacy Makers Space for students to come and read, play games, and have a space to explore engaging activities. The purpose is expose students to world outside of their community so that they can have an opportunity to learn about the world around them while building their academic vocabulary, literacy, and academic skills. In the neighborhood there are no libraries nearby, grocery stores, malls, or any technology spaces for kids to have fun and while learning. This Project will help build the gap between the inequalities that they students may face.

About my class
