Students will be using their jump ropes to participate in lessons about jumping rope skills, making our hearts healthier (Cardiorespiratory Endurance) and having fun doing an activity individually and as a class. By supplying students with their own jump ropes for home use they will be able to practice any time they like as well as any where they like. In their home, backyard, at the park, etc. It's important for them to have the opportunity to learn a basic skill that they can use for the rest of their lives for health and enjoyment!

About my class
