I teach special education in our local elementary school. My classroom is quite small and only has one small white board. Most of the students love to work out math problems, present their work and have any visual aids displayed on the white board. Unfortunately, the one in my room only accommodates two students at a time. Having an extra white board along with new markers, erasers and other supplies would be wonderful! It would mean so much to the students to have more room to do board work and have their own individual supplies. In the times we are in I spend so much time cleaning my supplies for the next class to use. I would love to make each student their own individual packs of supplies with pencils, markers, erasers and so on. Having this will not only help with the spread of germs but also my student will appreciate having ownership of what they will use everyday. Also I will make take home packs for those virtual days we have from time to time.
