This request is strictly for our classroom. I love that children can learn from home as well, but nothing can truly replace the classroom. I believe in a balanced literacy approach to reading and part of my teaching style is whole group instruction. We gather to the carpet and I model a new objective through writing and reading a big book. I currently am using an old make shift big book stand with a white board that is falling apart. My chart paper doesn't fit for the anchor charts I like making for my class. I would love a new big book/easel stand for our whole group instruction time!
