We need materials for a hands-on science center for our Kindergarten classroom. Science is best learned through discovery and interactions with materials. We need materials so my students can create, experiment, and learn more about science in a hands on way. I have included theme boxes for the different subject areas we learn about in science, weather, seasons, magnets and plants. These boxes have everything a science center would need. Kindergarten students learn best through play and meaningful experiences. They will remember and understand more when they are doing something instead of sitting. These will help my students understand and love science.
