Allow my students to access some of the most common favorite, developmental books by allowing me to obtain these books and turn them into adapted books! For example, I will take one of these books and adapt it by placing core words inside the book. A typical page of these books may include multiple paragraphs, which can be overwhelming to many of my students. To assist them, I will place simplified core words (a sentence strip) inside of the pages so my students can access and understand them.
