These projects will help our students build STEM skills at home where learning is limited. Using these materials, the students will build fine motor skills, learn math by counting and building spatial awareness, learn language-skill using positional words like over, under, on top of, etc, and have fun experimenting with building techniques that work. Fun with hands-on learning! My teaching partner and I have a student that has an impairment with limited verbal skills. She loves to build. I would like to do activities that she enjoys it encourages language and expand her vocabulary.
