I am an elementary ELL teacher in Chelsea, MA, where my students are currently studying fully remotely from home. This has been no easy undertaking and all of them have encountered repeated roadblocks to success (which they are overall navigating with grace second-graders). All of them are using district-distributed ChromeBooks, and many are using district-distributed hotspots for internet access. The technology gap has been a steady barrier to student success, and I would LOVE to drop off high-quality headphones so that students can receive and participate in class more smoothly from home.
