After a year of virtual teaching, my students more than ever need to be taught about emotions. Without counselors in my school to provide support for trauma and social emotional learning, it falls upon the teachers. So I would like to have a variety of social emotional books that I can use as tools for teaching that will hold their interests and encourage reading in my classroom. Using engaging books can help support reading growth and teach social emotional skills. Please help support my students needs by donating social emotional books. These books will be used yearly to support social emotional learning and encourage students to read.
