My students enjoy learning through various hands-on challenges throughout the year. With hands-on building challenges, students can learn about physics, function, structural design, engineering, and more. Actively learning through building is the best way to gain student interest and understanding in the scientific process. These hands-on STEM materials will give students the ability to build simple bridges. This project starts with the planning and designing process and ends with the building process. Through this hands-on learning process, students will have a deeper understanding of the science terms they are learning about and will be motivated to learn more.
