The curriculum material I am requesting allows me to better differentiate lessons for the wide range of students we serve. This curriculum focuses on functional reading and math skills. These are essential for our students, as they will help our students leave our program equipped with skills they need in the real world. This curriculum is tailored for our students communication and academic needs. They will help students engage in meaningful instruction that will prepare them for independent living. The curriculum is structured, visually based, breaks down larger skills into manageable steps, embeds assessments, and utilizes data based decision making. It additionally allows for digital activities so students can participate virtually and practice at home.
