The use of whiteboards is almost a daily activity in my classroom. We use them for all subject areas. By giving each student their own whiteboards, they could collaborate with classmates, visually write down ideas and quickly work out their ideas. I can also have the students use the whiteboards for quick formative assessments. The use of whiteboards are simple, effective, and keep the entire classroom engaged. Currently, I only have enough whiteboards for 5 students. I am looking forward to having enough whiteboardsfor students to use for whole group instruction.
