These sewing resources will help students develop lifelong skills that they can use at home, in a career or even start their own business. Students are meeting on a voluntary basis after school for sewing club program to learn the basics of sewing so they will be able to make or repair their clothes. Students will be learning how to read the sewing machine manual and pattern instructions. They will be instructed on the safe use of sewing equipment to avoid injuries. Students can go from learning sewing basics to designing and sewing their own clothes.
