My students have been learning both in-person and remotely since September 2020. Many of them have asked for either time to try to find something to eat or asked in person do I have a snack cabinet in which they can have something to eat. To keep them focused on learning instead of lack, I would like to provide my students with a snack or meal when they express feelings of hunger. I am requesting snacks and food cards to provide my students with a means to satisfy their hunger regardless of the learning modality to ensure academic success. Assisting them in time of need would help to ensure that they attain academic success. Food is essential to growth and focus in class.
