Our incredible students are returning to school after a significant amount of time in distance learning this past year. These materials will allow for hands-on self regulation skills practice and will promote brain and body relaxation. Giving our students time during their school day to focus on relaxing their minds and bodies allows them to regulate their nervous system. This regulation frees up their minds to take in new academic material. These amazing resources offer students the skills necessary to regulate their bodies throughout their day. These social-emotional learning books and tools will be much needed additions to our school community!
