These various kettlebells will be used during physical education class to offer a greater range of motion for different exercises. There are different weights so every student can find a weight they are comfortable working with. Kettlebells are great for younger students who are new to physical fitness and lifting weights. Its important we have access to these different weights for students to be able to participate and engage in physical fitness and exercise. A big portion of students only exercise the one or two times a week for their physical education class. Help us make the most of our time with in physical education by ensuring proper equipment for all!

About my class
