A lot of my students live in rural Alaska and do not have have internet access. This puts them at an unfair advantage to learn. I teach children who are military affiliated children and they face many obstacles on a daily basis. Receiving a complete and fair chance to learn is one less thing for them and their parents to worry about. Having access to internet services will be an enormous relief to parents who are struggling to find a way to properly educate their child. Our military children serve with their parent(s) and they deserve the same as everyone else.
