The tablets will be used for students to engage in independent interactive assignments. Since we cannot share materials or distribute manipulatives, I can integrate great learning platforms like Seesaw for students to learn through a fun hands-on interactive approach. Most assignments have been modified to the traditional paper and pencil activity. Kindergartners need engaging and fun assignments to keep them motivated to learn. If I could assign my students the Seesaw learning activities for center time, that would free me up to do reading instruction without any interruptions. I have requested this from my district, but denied for budgetary reasons. Thank you for your consideration.
