These headphones with microphones will give my students the opportunity to participate in our online remote live classes. The majority of my students currently either cannot participate in class discussions because there is too much noise in the background at home or because they are using decrepit devices that do not have working microphones. These microphones will allow them to stay focused in class and participate in class discussions. Keeping them engaged during these difficult times is crucial to their mental health. Working on their listening and speaking skills is also important because we are preparing them for college. Over 70% of my students come from low-income families, so your donation is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
