My 5th grade online students should have the same access to the learning experiences as those who physically attend school. Teaching how to work out math problems can be a challenge, but demonstrating math lessons virtually is a daily challenge I face. The document camera will enhance my teaching so that I can model my lessons without having to manually hold a camera as I teach. With the document scanner, my students will have the opportunity to complete scanned assignments directly on their computers without having to print them at home.
