Students are regressing because they are not able to transfer their school work onto the computers for credit. Many have writing goals that are not able to translate to a computer. To have students write sentences and show them on a Zoom camera is very hard to grade and provide feedback so that they can improve their writing skills. Better writers become better readers. Students who struggle with reading will struggle with writing. If we can improve their writing we can improve their reading skills also. Students are struggling to improve because they are unable to transfer their physical writing onto the computer.

About my class
