Majority of the headphones in my classroom do not work and students have to hear a lot of noise during their independent learning time. It’s very distracting and unproductive. Headphones will prevent this problem. The iPad will be used for group projects that connect the virtual students to the face-to-face students. We would do weekly wrap ups, where students act as news anchors and present their learning. They love seeing their classmates. I’m hoping this will increase student engagement online. I do not want any of them missing out on anymore school.
