The materials in this project will be used primarily for our Geometry Unit. The Jumbo magnetic X-Y Coordinate Grid will be used to demonstrate topics such as translation, rotation, dilation, etc. for the entire class to see on the SmartBoard. The graphing paper, graphing sticky notes, rulers, and protractors will be used in class by individual students to complete individual or group assignments and activities. The mini dry erase boards will be used by the students to show their work or their answer while we are doing group work or class discussions. The organizer bins will be set up at each table group to hold basic supplies (pencils, color pencils, pens, rulers, protractors, etc.) and unit notes cutouts.
