My students face challenges everyday and still try their best to learn. I believe in rewarding students if they make improvements, meet proficiency on exams, make learning gains, or meet their goals. However, I have limited resources available to provide incentives to motivate them. I surveyed my students and they would love for me to start a class store. my students would be able to earn tickets for their achievements and turn them in to purchase snacks from our class store. I hope this project gets funded and help my students grow.
