My students love to move and be active. They have spent the last 10 months learning virtually. It is challenging for 7 year/ olds to stay in one spot on the computer all day. Now that they are back in person, they are sitting at desks which are socially distanced. While this is more engaging than virtually learning, it would be helpful for them to be able to move while at their seat. Resources such as the wiggle seats and bands would really help my class focus while staying safe! During our virtual experience students had differing home situations and access to supplies. The main one being books. Many of my second graders are in need of texts at their level to help close learning gaps. Please help my second graders receive the education they deserve with resources such as wiggle seats, chair bands, and books. Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity.
