These items will make a difference in making my school counseling play room a safe haven for my students. Children have hard days just like adults do, and it feels good for them to have somewhere to go that feels safe and fun. The trampoline will be beneficial for them to get rid of extra energy or stress that may have been building up. Exercise is proven to be a healthy coping skill! The family member figures will be a great way for students to tell their story in my room, just talking or using play therapy in the sand tray. My students love the liquid motion bubbler. It would be very nice to have extra ones to let students borrow to use in their classrooms when they need to take a personal "time out." I have been a school counselor for 12 years and these items will most certainly help me to reach more children that may be struggling with various problems. Thank you in advance for wanting to help our amazing children! God bless!
