I will use the supplies to create a more robust lesson. There are limitations to what I can do with my current equipment. From a spotty internet connection to a failing laptop, the issues I have take away from what my students can be learning. The 3d printer, HDD and laptop will enable us to create mock businesses complete with items and currency. This will give the students a real world look at how businesses are run and all that goes into creating business. My DECA students will use these items to compete in more levels of competition. They have taken home 1st place in their current competitions and this will enable them to enter doors that were previously closed due to technological limitations.
