Students are fortunate to have access to microbits (think tiny computers) and tablets to learn how to code using block coding programs. The sanitizer wands will allow me to quickly and safely sanitize the materials used in class. These technologies allow students to program microbits to control input and output devices as well as create apps that solve real world problems! They do have to share these items (students do not have their own materials) including the inputs and outputs that accompany this technology including: alligator clips, pressure sensors, flex sensors, led lights, speakers, etc. With sharing comes the need to sanitize and clean each item. The normal liquid sanitizer will not work as well as it is corrosive and or can cause short circuits of the electrical components.
