The iPad will be used to share books and writing with students. Students are English learners who will enjoy and benefit from listening to a variety of literature. They will also be able to discuss and share details and events from the stories. The iPad will allow the teacher to share real books over zoom. Videos can sometimes lag and it is important that Kindergarten students become familiar with real books and how to read them. Animated books are fun and interesting but students need to become familiar with written words.
