While we follow a structured routine, I also recognize the importance of giving students time to move, reset, and refocus. Each day, I build in moments for brain breaks, movement-based transitions, and flexible learning opportunities so students can stretch, stay energized, and return to tasks with renewed focus. This balance helps maintain a positive, productive atmosphere where all students can thrive.
