My goal is to develop strength and correct lifting form in my players. Building their muscles, through correct lifting techniques, will help them defend against stronger soccer players and will help them learn the correct way to lift. I want my girls to be able to go into any gym and have a base to plan their own exercise routine. I want these girls to be strong physically, but also mentally. I believe lifting weights will help in both areas. Lifting will make their legs, arms and whole body stronger.
