These materials will make a difference in my students learning in several ways. It will provide my students with furniture and seating that can easily be moved to accommodate any physical needs. I teach a group of students who have cognitive impairments, and these students not only need, but deserve a classroom makeover. Our classroom is filled with random mismatched furniture that is hard to manipulate and navigate, especially for my students with more physical impairments. This new furniture will allow for me open up my classroom and provide students with furniture that fits their needs. Handicap friendly furniture is hard to come by these days and schools do what they can, but students deserve so much more. Thank you for your consideration!
