The items I requested will help students have their own supplies (pencil cases, crayons, take home folders) in order to cut back on the spread of germs while making sure everyone is equipped. The laptop is needed due to the unexpected need for emergency staffing combined with a technology shortage. The laptop will be used to help create up-to-date engaging activities for the students. The stories will be used during social and emotional lessons to help encourage inclusion and respect amongst the students while also sparking an interest in literature.
